What's Included in the Rate: Nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 4 guests Wi-Fi, utilities, linens, and basic amenities (shampoo, soap, coffee, tea, etc.) Cleaning Fees / Additional Fees: One-time cleaning fee of $150 Taxes: Local and state taxes are included or will be added to the final total A $300 hold will be placed on the guest’s card 1 day prior to check-in.
